Ingredients
- 6 bratwurst
- ½ cup Smith & Son’s Firehouse Hot Five Alarm BBQ Sauce
- 6 brat buns
- Sautéed onions and peppers (optional)
Directions
Smoke the bratwurst at 225°F until they reach 160°F. During the final 15–20 minutes, brush lightly with Five Alarm BBQ Sauce. Rest for 5 minutes and serve on toasted buns with onions and peppers if desired.

Ingredients
- 6 bell peppers
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Smith & Son’s Firehouse Hot Five Alarm BBQ Sauce
Directions
Brown the ground beef and combine with rice and half the cheese. Stuff each pepper and smoke at 225°F until the filling reaches 160°F. Top with the remaining cheese and brush with Five Alarm BBQ Sauce during the final 20 minutes.
