Ingredients
- 4 pork shoulder steaks
- 3 tbsp pork seasoning
- 3/4 cup Smith & Son’s Jamaican Jerk BBQ Sauce
Directions
Smoke at 225°F until the pork reaches about 175°F. Brush with Jamaican Jerk BBQ Sauce during the final 20–30 minutes and continue cooking until 195°F. Rest before serving.

Directions
Brush the corn with butter and smoke until tender. Brush lightly with Jamaican Jerk BBQ Sauce during the final 15 minutes and allow the glaze to set.
