Ingredients

  • 1 boneless turkey breast (4–6 pounds)
  • 3 tablespoons favorite poultry seasoning
  • ¾ cup Smith & Son’s Firehouse Hot BBQ Sauce

Directions

Preheat the smoker to 275°F. Season the turkey breast evenly and smoke until the internal temperature reaches approximately 145°F. During the final 20–30 minutes, brush lightly with Smith & Son’s Firehouse Hot BBQ Sauce. Continue cooking until the thickest portion reaches 165°F. Rest 15 minutes before slicing.
