- 6 bratwurst

Directions
Smoke the bratwurst until they reach 160°F. During the final 15–20 minutes, brush with Jamaican Jerk BBQ Sauce and allow the glaze to caramelize before serving.

Ingredients
- 6 bell peppers
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack

Directions
Brown the beef and combine with the rice and half the cheese. Stuff each pepper and smoke at 225°F until the filling reaches 160°F. Top with the remaining cheese and brush with Jamaican Jerk BBQ Sauce during the final 20 minutes.
